Olocau has become a somewhat famous destination for foreigners looking to buy property in Spain, given it´s stunning scenery and proximity to Valencia city centre. Valencia, with its fantastic beaches, vibrant historical old town and airport can be found some 40 minutes (38km) driveaway. As we enter this property through the front door, we are immediately greeted by an entrance hall, with the living room leading off to the left. The living room comes complete with a log burner and chimney. Next to the living room, we have the small but perfectly formed kitchen, with an adjoining utility room which is where the larger electrical appliances are kept. A coridoor that leads through the property takes us to the family bathroom, which comprises a wall to wall shower cubicle, toilet, sink and bidet and to three good sized double bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes. The rear two bedrooms also have electric radiators. The windows of the property boast wooden shutters, which is in keeping with the mountainous style and location of this property. Outside and we have a large plot which is split into various areas.
