This 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa can be found on the Monte Jucar urbanisation in Gavarda, just next to the popular town of Alberic in the heart of the Valencian countryside. Alberic is a popular area with those looking to buy property in Spain due to the wonderful scenery close by and its great connections to Valencia city centre, airport and nearby coastal towns. Gavarda village centre has a whole host of shops and can be found just some 3km away (a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the property). Alberic is a more main town and is a 5 minute (5km) drive away. Valencia, with its abundant attractions, can be found some 40 minutes (49km) drive away. As we take the stairs outside up to the main property, we are greeted by a good size entrance hall, with the living room leading off to the left. There are two hot and cold air conditioning units installed in both the entrance and the living room. There is also a log burner and chimney in the sitting room and space for a dining table and chairs. Leading off from here is the first of four double bedrooms, this one benefitting from built in wardrobes. The modern kitchen, equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, which was renovated only a few years ago also leads off from this space and there is a back door with steps which take us down to the garden below. Another door from the living room takes us out onto an L shaped balcony which provides us with a great space to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee whilst admiring the garden below. Making our way to our right and through the rest of the property, we have a second bedroom, currently being used as an office and a further two double bedrooms. We also have the family bathroom which comprises a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and vanity unit. Taking the stairs outside down to the under build and we find a totally independent, separate accommodation. Here we have a second sitting room, two double bedrooms, a second bathroom, again comprising a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and vanity unit and another kitchen. Both floors benefit from double glazed windows throughout. Outside and we have a spacious plot which is split into several areas. To the front, we have a gated driveway leading to a garage, providing off road and secured parking for several cars. We also have a lawned area with trees just in front of the main entrance. To the left hand side, we have a fantastic 11 x 3 metre swimming pool, with outdoor shower, that has a large paved terrace all around, providing the ideal place to sunbathe after a swim.
