As its name suggests, the 250 kilometers of coastline of the Region of Murcia are the warmer waters of the Mediterranean with an average of five degrees warmer than the rest of the beaches. The Costa Calida extends from El Mojon in the north, near the province of Alicante, to the Cuatro Calas in Aguilas in the south.
