With the summer around the corner and with a market in full recovery, there are many Spaniards - and also foreigners - who are considering acquiring the desired beach house. But where is there more supply of new work? How are they? And, most importantly, how much do they cost?
In recent weeks, the two most important appraisers in the Spanish market have presented studies that show that areas are in full recovery prices and transactions, which areas are still down and, most importantly for buyers, Where are the most affordable prices.
But where is the most affordable beach house? We have analyzed the stock of new housing, prices and typology of 67 municipalities, ranging from the coast of Girona (Costa Brava), Tarragona (Costa Dorada), Alicante (Costa Blanca), Murcia (Costa Cálida) and finally Malaga Costa del Sol). Their study reveals that the average price of housing in the studied coasts amounts to 210,760 euros, with an average surface area of 112 square meters.
Thus, the municipalities of Murcia that make up the Costa Cálida are the ones that offer a lower price, with an average of 151,000 euros. To date there are 345 new homes in this area, at a more affordable price on average than in other Spanish coastal regions.
